Venue
All events will be held in downtown Fort Worth at the City Club in the Bank of America Building, a first-class business conference facility. The City Center is located at 301 Commerce St, Forth Worth, 76102. Their phone number is 817-878-4000.

Dates
The Interior Design MBA Program will run all day on Wednesday, June 19, 2019, Thursday, June 20, 2019 and Friday, June 21, 2019. Most attendees will arrive on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 and depart on Saturday, June 22, 2019. We conclude the conference at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, June 21, 2019, so it may be possible to catch evening flights out of DFW Airport. Thus, plan for a 3-4 night stay. Hotel recommendations can be found below.

Food and Beverage

Included in your registration is a Continental breakfast and full lunch for all three days of the Program. We will have coffee, cold drinks and other refreshments available throughout the day including morning and afternoon breaks. We do not provide dinner though there are many restaurants within walking distance of the meeting venue and recommended hotels and we will provide you with a map once on site. We will also help to facilitate optional "interest group" dinners among attendees.

Since the IDMBA Program is not being held in a hotel, we are not reserving room blocks for attendees. Rather, we have selected a meeting venue with easy access to numerous hotels at a wide range of prices. (From budget to 4-Star.) Some within easy walking distance of the City Club include:

Remember, you are responsible for booking your own hotel 
reservation. We do not "block" rooms so we suggest you reserve your room early!
Hotels may always sell out for reasons unrelated to our event.

Dress
The City Club is a downtown club for business professionals. Business casual is acceptable. As an example, men may wear slacks and a sport shirt, but if wearing jeans should also be wearing a jacket. No shorts, flip flops, etc. Your seminar leader will not be wearing a tie. Also dress warmly! Seminar rooms are kept notoriously cold for a reason, so please bring a sweater or jacket. 

Transportation
Fort Worth is served by the DFW International Airport which is only a 25-minute drive away from all recommended hotels. From some cities, lower fares may be available to and from Love Field in Dallas (Southwest Airlines) which is a 45-minute drive away. Rental cars, taxis, and Uber offer easy transportation options.

If coming by car, you'll need to check the individual parking policies of your chosen hotel. The Bank of America building in which the City Club is located offers garage parking at your own expense. 

What’s Included and What’s Not?
Your registration includes the entire three-day conference and all workbooks,  software, and other materials used during the event for you and any guests you added to your registration. It also includes the meals described above, but does not include any other meals, nor does it include your transportation or lodging expenses.

Other Activities
From some of the world's great museums, to the world's largest honkey tonk (Billy Bob's!) Fort Worth offers a rich cultural base. We will provide registrants with some ideas for social activities as the event date nears.

Refund Policy
Our events typically sell out early and cancellations can leave us with empty seats with too little time to resell them. We offer a 75% refund 60 or more days prior to the event, a 50% refund 30-59 days prior, and no refunds if fewer than 30 days remain before the event. However, if cancelling with fewer than 30 days remaining before the event, credit may be applied to future live events for members of The Edge, if and when such events are held. (Credits expire two years after the date of initial registration.) Please send your request for cancellation or credit to support@idmba.org

Prepare!
This is likely to be the most demanding three days that you've ever spent! Be prepared to work hard, power through, and leave with an unparalleled level of business acumen, something that can truly set you apart in your field.
